DATA PACKAGES:
Ottawa West Four Rivers OHT has partnered with the Ottawa Neighbourhood Study (ONS) to strengthen evidence-informed planning for primary care attachment. This work will integrate the new PCAT Data Package with ONS’s established community-level datasets, inclusive of all communities with our OHT. This data will support proposal developers to better understand priority areas across OWFR and provide access to neighbourhood-level analyses to inform primary care expansions.
